Miglena was one of the founders of FMIK Law Partnership and played an important role in establishing the practice in April 2026 and in shaping its professional values.
Throughout her career as part of Deloitte Legal Law Firm’s team, she advised clients in the areas of employment law, M&A and corporate law, with particular experience in data privacy.
Miglena was recognised for her professionalism, dedication to her clients, and commitment to mentoring younger colleagues. Her contribution remains an important part of FMIK Law Partnerhsip’s identity.
Konstantin Ivanov

Konstantin is a lawyer, member of the Sofia Bar Association as of 2017. His practice areas include real estate and construction law, banking and finance law as well as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution.
Konstantin was part of Deloitte Legal Law Firm more than 7 years where he gained significant multi-disciplinary experience in various industry sectors.
Konstantin has Master Degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridksi” (2014) He also completed an arbitration course at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Irena Koleva

Irena is a lawyer, member of the Sofia Bar Association as of 2017. Her practice areas include regulatory compliance, personal data protection, digital law, cyber security, employment law, consumer law and whistleblowers’ protection.
Irena was for more than 10 years part of Deloitte including of the tax and legal team.
She has Master Degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridksi” (2014). Irena is a member of IAPP since 2022 and a co-chair of IAPP Bulgaria KnowledgeNet Chapter (2023-2025). She is also a member of Women4Cyber Bulgaria since 2026.
